How to be a Member
There are non-voting and voting memberships to FACTS. In either case, one can only be a member if they act consistent with FACTS' purpose.
To be a non-voting member, a person must contribute a $10 annual fee.
To be a voting member, a person must contribute a $10 annual fee and must reasonalby participate at FACTS chapter meetings and be a member of a committee at the local chapter (the chapter may also require an additional annual fee for the chapter dues).
Note: although not required, FACTS recommends that in order for us to have sufficient funds, every member should try to contribute $5 per month.

If you cannot access the form, please include name, address, phone, e-mail address and signature in a letter indicating that you are submitting the letter to acquire or retain your membership in FACTS.
