Got into car as police watched and noticed he had nothing. Owner of vehicle (a white man) admits to having possession of the

stolen property and although eligible for 3-strikes, he received misdemeanor treament and received 60 days in jail and 1 year on

probation. Truck was stopped for plate light being out. The property found in the truck alleged to be stolen was a cellular

phone, CB radio, police scanner and security guard's duty belt (357 Magnum hand gun and bullets). No finger prints on

evidence linking Michael to the crime.
