Conviction in 1984 resulted from coerced plea bargain because prosecutor threatened to arrest mother for receiving stolen

property unless he confessed. Mother also worked with government at the time and probably would have lost job if she had

been arrested. Parole officer also informed probation officer of the misconduct, then probation officer asked prosecutor and

prosecutor said he was going to charge mother wth perjury. Even though there was a problem proving the priors, the judge in

current case said that it can be left to the appellate court to decide the matter. The current counts for fraud involved credit card

fraud.
