| been arrested. Parole officer also informed probation officer of the misconduct, then probation officer asked prosecutor and |
| prosecutor said he was going to charge mother wth perjury. Even though there was a problem proving the priors, the judge in |
| current case said that it can be left to the appellate court to decide the matter. The current counts for fraud involved credit card |
| fraud. |
