The Los Angeles Chapter of FACTS began its weekly car caravans throughout Los Angeles on Feb. 5th. The caravaners met at 4167 S. Normandie and drove to the Nickerson Garden Projects in Watts. Traveling to and from Watts, the caravan honked its horns and drew the attention of many passing pedestrians and motorists. At the projects, FACTS members distributed literature, registered people to vote and had registered voters sign the petition to amend the 3 Srikes law.
