How to be a Member |

There are non-voting and voting memberships to FACTS. In either case,
one can only be a member if they act consistent with FACTS' purpose.
To be a non-voting member, a person must contribute a $10 annual
fee.
To be a voting member, a person must contribute a $10 annual fee and
must reasonalby participate at FACTS chapter meetings and be a member of a
committee at the local chapter (the chapter may also require an additional
annual fee for the chapter dues).
Note: although not required, FACTS recommends that in order for us to
have sufficient funds, every member should try to contribute $5 per month.
If you cannot access the form, please include name, address, phone,
e-mail address and signature in a letter indicating that you are submitting the
letter to acquire or retain your membership in FACTS.
Annual payments should be made by check payable to FACTS and sent with
membership forms to:

NOTE: FACTS is a 501(c)(4) organization which means that you CANNOT
deduct dues or donations to FACTS on your tax returns.
