Please give this letter to people who need to hear about the obstruction of justice in which the 3-strikes Law has placed me into.

First, in 1982 I had a robbery with a B-B gun in which they sentenced me to one year and 3-year formal probation. I finished the sentence and was let off formal probation, by completing it. I have had a few scrapes with the Law mostly, misdemeanor cases, sent to prison for violation of probation on a misdemeanor case, they dropped my sentence. Then they still sentence me for ten months, Second, they recently gave me a sentence of six years for sales of narcotics for which they entrapped me.

The three strikes law, sentenced my crimes past for which they never told me the consequence of my pled sixteen years age. My Second felony was not violent. Also, the amount of narcotics was not even enough to make a case. The three strikes= law gives a most unjustified place in history because it's not being used for the purpose in which they designed it for, the violent, serious criminals. I received six years for a charge of narcotics, double sentence, my family suffers, I suffer anguish and oppression at the hands of this Agnus Law.

Please help this modification of the law to be passed so that it can target the people whom they intended it for.
