3-Strike Stories: Ray Johnson
Name and Family History:
Wali Sabree, is a cousin to Ray Johnson, our family is close to one another Ray
Johnson is a good person to the family we really miss him very much. He just needs some
counseling from his family. He is a good father to his children. Joyce Lee Farley is Ray
Johnson's aunt I know that he made a mistake in his life but he's trying to change his
life to a better one for the future. He is a good persons to the family we really miss him
very much.
Strikes:
The plaintiff is being deprived of due process of law; and equal protection of the
laws. The trial Judge (knew) when he was reading the report that it was no charges he had
the power to dismiss all charges he closed his eyes to this situation it was a conspiracy
of the court. The court discriminating against Ray Johnson, by giving him the 3-strike
law. The plaintiff should not have received the felony case.
Story:
Ray Johnson was a good person that always wanted to help his family in the best way
and his children. He is a better person that always wants to love the creator because he
is changing to be a better person for the future.
Comments:
The 3-Strike law is discrimination against the defendant by sending him to prison for
27 years to life. These laws must stop because the defendant is being deprived of his
constitutional rights.
