3-Strike Stories: Charlie
"I am not writing because I have been convicted under the 3-Strikes law. I am
serving time for 2nd degree murder. I took a life for which I am very sorry. But what I
fail to understand is why I was sentenced to 15 years to life for murder and guys all
around me are being given prison sentences of 25 years to life for petty offenses. There
is an injustice here. . . . Please help those wrongly convicted."
