I am writing to request assistance in obtaining information concerning the change in
the Three Strikes Law.
I was sentenced to 25 years to life for a wobbler, and the sentencing court
erroneously used invalid prior convictions to qualify me as a third strike candidate. I am
challenging the qualification of the prior convictions at this present time. My case is
pending in the Supreme Court under Habeas corpus, and I want to know what effect would the
new Senate Bill to Amend the Three Strikes Law would have on my case and the similars.
