Let me tell you a little bit about myself. I'm a 31 year old, born in state nayarit Mexico, I'm an illegal immigrant. This is my legal history; I was convicted on 2 counts of robbery in 1991. Just prior to these incidents, I was in desperate need of money for my wife and children. One incident involved stealing a woman's purse and the other incident involved robbing jewelry from a house. I spent 18 months in prison for this convictions. Now my current offense is my fourth D.U.I. in the past seven years. And this is all my bad record they are using to three strike me. I know I did wrong but I pay for my crime it is not something that I keep doing for a living, I did these on desperation for money, to bring food for my kid's and wife, and now I'm on this place all confuse on these new law is why I'm writing this letter to see if I can get some paper work for my family to sign and find out about 'Legislation' to amendment the Three Strike Law.

Thank you for your time sincerely;

Sergio Martinez
